Your Responsibilities
Active search, identification, and acquisition of candidates
Publishing job advertisements
Conducting application screening and interviews
Building a database of potential candidates
Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements
Managing the recruitment process, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of activities
Building and maintaining client relationships
Preparing reports and analyses concerning recruitment processes
Adhering to company policies and maintaining a positive brand image
Our Requirements
Higher education, preferably in fields related to human resource management or occupational psychology
Experience in recruitment or working in an HR department
Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools supporting the recruitment process
Ability to conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidate competencies
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
Creativity and independence in finding new ways to reach potential candidates
Ability to organize one's own work and capacity to work under time pressure
Good knowledge of MS Office
Very good command of the English language
